SWAP ~ 77 CORVETTE FOR A LIVABLE VESSEL in MOOROODUC, Victoria for sale

I'm looking to swap my 1977 Chevy Corvette which is roadworthy and has club registration, for a liveable vessel that I can occupy to complete a number of children's books. Possibly between 25' - 50'+
This Corvette comes complete with factory alarm and tinted windows. Along with collapsible steering, spare wheel (never used), fitted factory rear boxed speakers, electric windows and Targa removable roof.
It is all original and in terrific condition...
This car came into the country in 2012 and has 13'000miles (21’000klms) on the clock.
It starts and runs beautifully. Tri-speed auto is magnificent. You could place a champagne glass on the console and through the gear-changes you wouldn't lose a drop! "She is a dream to drive"

The preferred vessel would be sailable, have a motor back-up (inboard or outboard), cooking facilities and naturally, sleeping quarters...
